Cinsault
This dry rose wine features rich color with aromas of raspberry cream soda. Flavors of watermelon, raspberry and the mineral characteristics we have come to expect from Cinsault. The long finish finds clove and spice. We enjoy Cinsault right out of the thermos at Giants games.

Calaveras County... New American Oak combines with one and two year old French Oak to lend lilac and raspberry nose for this Zin. Here comes another classic, medium body jammy Hatcher Zinfandel. The finish gives you soft leather, carmel, brown sugar, and cardamom.

Barbera
We are very excited about our second opportunity of making this wine from the Coopper Vineyard. Our intention is to continue the tradition of award winning Barbera from Cooper's Sierra Foothill Vineyard. Big fruit, medium body, great with food, makes this Barbera so enjoyable. If you are a Zinfandel fan, you'll love this Barbera.

Tempranillo
(temp-ra-neo) This sexy Spanish varietal is beginning to grow in reputation and fame. Our Tempranillo is blended with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cab lends structure and complexity. Aromas of vanilla and cedar. Generous flavors of plum, licorice and cherry pie. Perfect with tapas.

Cabernet Franc
Cab Franc is always one of our favorites, and Matt thinks this may be our best yet. Classic Cab Franc flavors of cherry and tobacco with hints of nutmeg. Elegant well balanced. More concentrated than the previous vintage with fine oak integration and a long finish.

Sewell
This is a classic Rhone blend. The 05 vintage consists of 55% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 10%Petite Sirah, 10% Mourvedre, and 10% Cisnault. Syrah lends the color and depth, Grenache the fruit, Mourvedre the earthy characteristics, Cinsault the strawberry, and Petite Sirah for the body. Pairs well with Sunday night HBO
